  Update: Chris the manager reached out, and it is much appreciated that he took the opportunity and initiative to make things right. That’s great customer service. I recently went into this store to get my Trek bike serviced after PCSing across the country, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. When I walked in, I asked where the service department was and was directed to the back. When I got there, Marisol was working on a child’s bike. She let me know there would be a bit of a wait because they were short-staffed. I completely understood and was willing to wait. A few minutes later, another customer came in with a teenager and waited behind me. Oliver came from the front of the store into the service area and proceeded to help that customer, completely overlooking the fact that I had been there first. I waited another five minutes before asking Marisol how much longer it would be, since the other customer had arrived after me and was already being helped. She responded that Oliver “probably didn’t see” me. The problem is, Oliver absolutely did see me. He was the person at the front of the store when I first walked in, and he personally directed me to the service department. So it was frustrating to then be ignored when I was clearly next in line. When I pointed out that I had been skipped, Oliver didn’t even apologize or acknowledge the situation. He simply stood there. That lack of basic courtesy made an already frustrating situation even worse. A simple “I’m sorry, I didn’t realize you were waiting” would have gone a long way. I understand being short-staffed and I understand that service departments can have wait times. I was completely willing to be patient. What I don’t understand is being overlooked and having another customer who arrived after me helped first without anyone acknowledging it. I have had my Trek serviced by other Trek retailers before, and I have never experienced this level of poor customer service. I have always expected a certain level of professionalism and courtesy when dealing with a Trek retailer, and this experience fell far short of that expectation. After moving across the country, I was simply looking for some help getting my bike back in working order. I expected better customer service and basic fairness in the order customers were helped. I hope management addresses this because the situation could have been handled very differently with just a little communication, awareness, and basic courtesy.

  First time in here to get a tire repaired. Daniel from service was super helpful and friendly, got me in and out in 10 minutes. Staff by the door was welcoming and offered drinks and coffee while I waited for my bike. Great 1st experience 👌🏾

  My girls and I were lucky enough to have Chris, the manager, help us in our bike journey. He is extremely knowledgeable and knew all the things to look for and observe in picking a bike. He knew we were looking for these for a birthday gift. Chris even took the time to search in their system to make sure that each bite they wanted could be obtained. When the bike for the birthday girl was not going to arrive in time for her birthday, Chris went into action to make sure that while it wasn't received on her day we did get it the day after. That was no small feat. On top of that he even personally delivered them to my home. I am extremely grateful and thankful that I was able to work with Chris. This is excellent customer service and this is why I will work with Trek and continue to buy from Trek.

  The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I went in to order a valve for my bicycle which I brought back from Japan. They didn't have the specific valve needed in stock but tried to order it for me, but unfortunately weren't able to do so. They did however, direct me to where I could order it and ensured that I got the correct valve! I also had to bring my toddler with me and they were so kind and patient with him during our time in the store. Definitely check them out if you're looking for bikes and accessories as they have an extensive collection and really know their stuff!
