  Absolutely incredible customer service. Great array of products and incredibly helpful and caring team they make sure I walk out of the shop with a bike that I love and fostered a sense of awareness and safety while on the road. They also explained everything related to maintenance and service and accessories with so much care and patience and kindness! These days such level of service is rare to find and I am happy I end up in this shop, I cannot recommend enough. Best experience ever! Thank you all dearly!

  I got amazing service and was able to buy the perfect bike for my needs. Oliver was the salesman and his information and calm demeaner was the exact combination I needed. Chris Sandoval was incredibly helpful—he truly listened to what I was looking for and offered excellent recommendations. He let me test‑ride several different models, which made it easy to determine the best bike for my needs. After a 20‑year gap since my last purchase, I appreciated Chris walking me through all the new technology and maintenance considerations. He even kept my nine‑year‑old son involved in the conversation and gave him a test bike to ride, which was a nice touch. When I returned to pick up the bike, Oliver was equally attentive. He installed the SPD pedals I brought, took me to the test area, and helped fine‑tune the bike with multiple adjustments. Trek Kearny Mesa turned what could have been a daunting bike purchase into a seamless, enjoyable experience. I’ll definitely be back!
