  Just a normal REI, I do wish they had a bit more staff, it was hard to find people to ask questions to about some of the equipment

  I don’t like buying shoes without trying them on first, so I stopped by this store. The whole staff was welcoming, but Jake in particular stood out. He patiently walked me through the differences between models and what to look for given my needs, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful, management should know they have a good one. I would happily come back for future purchases and recommend this store to anyone. Here is the pair I ended up going with.

  Sharon was the most helpful sales we've dealt with at REI. She went to the back store to look for stocks for us. We are very happy with her recommendations and purchases we made.
