We came in to browse with my family and had a frustrating experience with an employee that made us leave earlier than planned.
We were approached in the middle of the store while we were already shopping. The employee introduced himself and started trying to make small talk and the interaction quickly turned into a repeated push to sign up for a membership/credit card.
I told the employee at least 3 times that we were just browsing and not interested, and I also told him I already have a membership and credit card. I made it clear we just wanted to be left alone so we could shop, and that my family was only accompanying me and don’t shop at this store.
Even after that, the pressure didn’t stop and he kept talking to us and redirecting the conversation back to signing up instead of letting us browse in peace. It honestly felt like dealing with a pushy car salesman who won’t take no for an answer. No other employee has ever made me feel uncomfortable though, everyone else is respectful, friendly, and helpful.
We ended up leaving sooner than planned because it wasn’t worth dealing with that kind of pressure while trying to shop. A clear “no thanks” should be respected the first time so customers can continue browsing without being held up.

I’m a member. I love the concept and selection of gear. However, customer service at this location is dismal. They don’t listen, they challenge your opinion, and to be honest I find them rude.

My experience was great, it was my first time and I could clearly see every employee wants to help you. Joe helped me understanding my need and getting me the right shoes. I fell in love with the store, I will keep going to this place.

First time buying at ur store . I bought on line when I purchased item it told me item would be available to pick up at 12.. I live 30 min away so I start driving leaving my home at 12.. I get to the store and my purchase has been canceled because item is out of stock . Sales associate convinces me to get a smaller size since the shoe runs big anyways so I agree he says they show they have 2 in stock he and 2 other co workers start looking for item and no one can find them. Again the system shows they have some in stock but no where to be found. I’m now upset because gas prices are to high to be playing with peoples time and money. This is ridiculous. I definitely will be telling everyone about my horrible experience
