- LDLynn DallasSep 27, 20262.0I brought a bike here to get tires & tubes changed.. The asian wife said that the front tire was fine, So I only get 1 new tire and 2 new tubes, Alright... I only got one ride out of it. That was short & behold my front tire goes flat.. I brought it back and told her I wanted it changed & all they did was change the tube again. Even though I asked for a new tire too( perhaps she didn't hear this the 2nd time) now I realize have a bulging spot in my tire. Not Happy with minimal service provided. I plan to return Monday to request Again & Firmly for a New Tire! Total expense originally 1st visit 57$ ( 2 tubes/1 tire replacement) (18$ for 1 more tube change) Needed same day* Saturday. More to follow after 3rs visit. Tire replacement $38. Thankfully tube was fine. -I still prefer to come here, since other bike places are more costly.
- VGVanessa GruebelJun 8, 20265.0They had my flat tires fixed for a fair price in a couple of hours. I would come back.
- LDLuca D'AscoliJun 3, 20261.0I went in to get my dropper post serviced and they said the upsy downsy seat post not working and they said the don’t fix them
- DNDr Bree NishibunMay 14, 20265.0brought my BMX bike into Bernie’s Bike Shop honestly not really knowing what was wrong with it, it just wasn’t riding right anymore. Yasuko was an absolute angel and took care of everything. In just one day they had it fully tuned up with new bearings, fresh grease, and gave the whole bike a thorough once-over to make sure it was safe and solid. It rides smoother than ever now. You can tell they genuinely care about the bikes and the people bringing them in. Couldn’t ask for friendlier or more trustworthy people to service your bike in OB.
- ASAmar ShethMay 1, 20265.0Amazing bike shop, extremely friendly owner, very knowledgeable. They helped me with repairs and helped box my bike! If I’m back here, they’ll have all my business
