  強烈におすすめします。 日本語対応可能なスタッフさん、店長さんがいらっしゃるので商品説明、メンバー特典なども丁寧で分かりやすく、時間をとって説明していただけました。 特にREIに行ったことないって人はまずはこの店舗に行ってみると気持ち良くショッピングできると思います。

  Jigme has been amazing. He helped me to reserve my sleeping bag which for some reason I could not order online and helped me to set up my REI credit card

  Greeted by someone with zero people skills, told they do not have bikes for heavier riders (im 300) and that “google gives wrong info” after I drove all the way here after google said REÍ Carrie’s the bike I was looking for. I’ve spent over 3 weeks trying to find a bike like Mongoose or whatever and apparently this request is too hard for the entire bank area. Left the San Carlos store defeated.

  The customer service here is astounding. Alberto in the footwear department is a WEALTH of knowledge on ANYTHING feet-related! I’m 44 years old, and I’ve bought footwear from myriad people. Alberto is in a league of his own with his passion and people skills. Doug also was extremely knowledgeable about all the different tents, and set-ups. He made wise insights that made my purchase confident and much easier. Trish, who checked me out, was also extremely pleasant and insightful. Great job gang, it’s good to know there are still people who WANT to deliver such great customer service⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you all
