  Both my kids have been going to iYa since they were 3-4 years old. My 13-year old daughter earned her black belt last year, and my 9-year old son is about to earn his red belt. It's not so much the martial arts that I find valuable in their training at iYa, but the life-lessons that are taught consistently that would be difficult to find elsewhere. Things like integrity and perseverance I've seen come out in my kids first hand; thought I'd like to think I'm an awesome parent, I can't help but share some of the credit with Ms. Xai and the iYa staff. Their philosophies align with our family's values and it's nice to see, on a backpacking trip with my son, for example, him walking over 9 miles carrying a 25lb backpack up and down mountains, being exhausted but wanting to push on to get to our target campsite. These moments of pride I have when my kids do something extraordinary are also a testament to the training they get at iYa Taekwondo. I wholeheartedly recommend iYa to anyone looking for a place for their child to learn life lessons and a martial art.

  We are so grateful to have found iYa Taekwondo! The instructors are patient, professional, and truly care about every child’s growth—not only in taekwondo skills but also in confidence, discipline, respect, and self-control. The classes are well organized, energetic, and encouraging, creating a positive environment where children enjoy learning and improving. We’ve seen our child become more focused, confident, and motivated since joining. The staff takes time to support each student and makes every family feel welcome. The facility is clean, organized, and has a great atmosphere. If you’re looking for a taekwondo school that teaches strong values while helping children build character and skills, I highly recommend iYa Taekwondo.   I’ve made so many friends over the past years at Iya. The school is very welcoming and includes everyone. Some of my closest friends have come from this school. Not only have I made so many friends but my confidence has grown. Compared to before, I am much more confident. I can talk in front of people with ease. I’m very thankful for Iya Taekwondo for making me who I am today.

  Great services i started when i was 6 and ive never had a day where i was completely bored i love all the people here and they are all inclusive love taekwondo
