  Bought a Trek bike back in February 2026 and have visited the Roseville location a few times since then. I had some concerns about the stem, and the team was able to get it swapped out with one that solved all of the problems I had without having to spend anything extra. Ben is one of the best bike techs around, and he always gives great, honest advice that has made getting back on my bike whenever I have an issue easier than ever. Highly recommend this shop to anybody looking to buy a Trek bike, and even to anybody who might just need some gear for their bike in general and wants to speak to a real person who knows what they’re talking about. Will absolutely continue to stop by, and I wish you guys the best with everything going forward!

  Great customer service from the guys at Trek Roseville; Ken set me up with a great bike, was able to help me with my new cyclist questions, gave me suggestions and helped me get fit onto my frame. I’ll be going back there for sure.

  Always friendly and helpful at this Trek location even when I am just browsing. Good experiences here led me back to buy my daughters next bike (precaliber) from trek and this specific location. My daughter is just 4 but whenever we have visited they were more than accommodating to let her ride the display bikes around the store. Will be back again.

  I recenyly joined a cycling group and first ride out, my left bike shoe lost the entire sole and I wasn't shifting well since mobing, neglected yo get seasonal prep or tune up. I got referred to Trek, suggested their service; great results! I found perfect shoes / such comfort and effect @latedt tech gear & equip. All great mid- price point tune up inclusives option. I needed all of that so very happy to have this biz close - I'm in West Roseville. Now I need a phone holder for my handle bar, what is it called folks? In any case I will call Trek!
