- LAlubo angelovSep 24, 20264.0So yes, I'm a big fan and I know that the quality of the company is great and I really enjoy it. Unfortunately, my budget does not allow me to afford brand new items from the availability of products. I cannot judge a product that I have not purchased or used so I'll not even try. But from the outside the atmosphere look great. People actually noticed me and wanted to guide me around the store and what exactly I was looking for. So good for customer service. Again the products look great but I don't know how good they are because I cannot afford them. So if you have money this is the place. If you don't have money, it's still the place, but just looking around they find something that it's affordable for your budget.
- RRRoy ReichweinSep 16, 20265.0This is the best place for backpacking supplies of all kinds. They have a very good selection of hiking boots and shoes, clothing, and too much more to list. If your going to buy more than once, get a membership. Mine has paid for itself many times over.
- ODOllin DoyleSep 10, 20265.0I couldn't be happier. I brought my old REI down sleeping bag in to help me make the zipper work. It came apart and I couldn't... you know. He knew so MUCH about down bags that I was amazed. I learned all sorts of things about down bags that never occurred to me. Wonderful store. Great team member.
- ABA BhusalSep 3, 20265.0Bring in your bike for service here!! Andrew the bike tech was fantastic, guided through what went wrong and originally thought we had to replace a part. He called me shortly after I dropped off the bike and mentioned he was able to fix and repair the part rather than replacing. Hard to find solid bike shops and even harder to find solid techs but this was a wonderful experience, saved me a bit of money and a bunch of time.
