The entire staff has been incredibly genuine and helpful from the time I signed up for my initial class, and every day since. I have zero experience in boxing, and they’ve been wildly supportive while I learn. The energy is super high vibe and welcoming to all levels, and I’ve found myself wanting to go any day my schedule allows. The coaches are all great and will treat you like family as soon as you walk through the door. 10/10 recommend! ✨🥊
