We recently visited Quarry Park Adventures and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience with a staff member named Sky at the Free Fall attraction.
My 10-year-old niece was nervous and hesitating before her jump, and instead of being patient and encouraging, Sky was visibly annoyed, rude, and even pushed her to go. She was also unnecessarily rude to my daughter regarding a hook that another staff member had forgotten to remove after the zipline.
Everyone else we encountered was friendly and helpful, which made this interaction stand out even more. I also attempted to speak with a manager but was told they were all in a meeting and to call back later.
Staff working with children should be patient, understanding, and supportive, especially when kids are scared or nervous. I hope management addresses this issue so other families don't have a similar experience.

We had an awful experience here!! It was our first time and we were excited to try everything. We ended up waiting 45 minutes plus for each ride as they had no staff. There was just one staff that was going from zip lining to free and the other stations. We ended up not using our pass in full because they started closing and we didn’t have enough time to go to the stations. If they were short of staff; why did they sell tickets? Why did they take my money and not accommodate?!!
They need to figure out their staff situation before they sell ticket.

I had a pleasant experience visiting the gallery, where the staff was welcoming and helpful as I explored the various exhibits. I noticed a nice range of artistic styles and mediums, which was refreshing. While there, I took my time wandering through the spaces—it was surprisingly larger than I anticipated, with plenty to see. The atmosphere was calm, allowing me to reflect on the pieces that caught my eye. It was particularly nice to be in such a quaint area of downtown Roseville; there are several great places to grab a bite nearby. Although I just stopped in briefly, it made me want to return and spend more time engaging with the art and possibly even participating in some future events or workshops. Overall, it felt like a supportive community hub for artists and art lovers alike.

Wasn’t all that impressed…. It took 45 min to go down the main zip line to get to the bottom of the Quarry…. Did the ropes course and ask for help with the girls as they were having a bit of a panic attack and needed to get down… the person who was supposed to help climbed the ladder went back down and then came half way back up and went back down again… then called someone else to help because the “course isn’t designed to return to a previous area” so we needed the key to unlock our harness clip to go back to the last area and go down the ladder… then when we got down the ladder (about 25 min after yelling for help) there was no one to again unlock the harness clip for the next person to go down. The employees with their white helmets were too busy talking to each other rather than paying attention to the little kids who were in panic mode coming down the ladders. I feel like their conversations with colleagues was more important than the kids on the ropes course they were supposed to be watching. However an employee Steven helped quite a bit with the girls on multiple area of the Quarry and we were definitely grateful for him being there as he was the only one who actually seemed to give a shit.
I now understand why if the kids are under 12 they need a 14 year old or older person with them because the staff didn’t help unless yelled at and even then it took 25-30 min to get someone to help us.
This was our first and LAST time at Quarry Park… $65 for two hours and it’s a morning on a Friday.. wasn’t busy… staff didn’t pay attention … staff couldn’t give clear instructions or information because “they didn’t know” and the girls only got to go down a zip line and do half a ropes course during their 2 hour session… not worth $65 a person in my opinion.
