    First time at this bowling alley. It was very nice. Very clean. One thing that needs improvement on is house balls left on the return racks from night before. We went in when they opened and it was full top and bottom. Not very nice for bowlers coming in to have to return 20 balls. Also the lanes were so oily that myself, a competitive bowler, wanting to work on a specific thing I couldn't. I never expect fresh lanes but this was over board. Refreshments delivery and the staff were very nice.

    Staff Deserve 0 star. We visited for a fun bowling outing and left feeling humiliated and unwelcome. The experience was completely ruined by blatant racist and discriminatory behavior — not from one employee, but from the front desk staff, the assistant manager, and the manager. When we raised our concerns, instead of being taken seriously, we were dismissed and made to feel like the problem was with us. The fact that this behavior existed at multiple levels of management tells me this is a culture problem, not a one-off incident. No one should be made to feel unwelcome or treated differently because of who they are. We will not be returning, and I strongly encourage others — especially people of color — to be aware before visiting. I will also be filing a formal complaint with corporate and leaving this feedback on every platform available until this is addressed.

    Very disappointed with experience; The management was unprofessional and failed to honor what was promised over the phone. Before arriving, one of their employees confirmed that our group would be charged $9.99 per game if we checked in before 4:00 PM. We arrived at 3:30 PM, played until 6:30 PM, and completed 26 games. However, when we received the bill, every game was charged at $12.99 instead. What made it worse was that nobody informed us about the higher rate. The issue only came to light after I personally reviewed the bill and questioned the charges. Even then, management refused to fully correct the mistake and only offered to adjust a portion of the games. We were a large group, and despite having many open lanes available, management repeatedly refused our requests to place two lanes next to each other. The entire situation felt disorganized, as if nobody clearly understood their own pricing policies or customer service procedures. We felt misled, poorly treated, and taken advantage of. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location and cannot recommend it to others.

    I would give zero stars — False Advertising & Rude Staff. Avoid. Lucky Strike needs to do better — way better. We gave $600+ business and invited our friends from far and all of us were disappointed by rude front dest management. We were drawn in by advertised discounted rates, only to be completely blindsided at the counter when none of those prices were honored. No explanation. No apology. Just a “that’s the price” attitude from every single front desk employee we encountered. And it wasn’t just one person — all three front desk staff were dismissive, unclear, and frankly unprofessional. Not one of them could give us a straight answer about pricing. If you’re going to plaster discounts all over your marketing, the least you can do is train your staff to actually honor them — or at minimum, communicate clearly why they don’t apply. This isn’t a minor slip. This is bait-and-switch behavior backed by a team that couldn’t care less about customer experience. We came here to have fun and walked out frustrated and feeling deceived. To management: Your front desk is your first impression. Right now, it’s a terrible one. Fix your pricing transparency, retrain your staff on basic customer communication, and stop advertising rates you have no intention of delivering. We won’t be back — and we’ll be making sure everyone we know hears about this experience.

    DO NOT COME HERE. Really disappointed with our experience at Lucky Strike Bowling in Riverside. The management was extremely unprofessional and the staff were using inappropriate language around customers, which made the atmosphere very uncomfortable for families. On top of that, we were charged much more than what we were originally told. When we politely asked for clarification about the bill, the staff and management became rude and basically told us to leave instead of trying to resolve the issue or even discuss it properly. Customer service was terrible, communication was disrespectful, and overall it felt like they did not care about their customers at all. Definitely not the experience we expected for a fun night out. Would not recommend to anyone.
