- KPKaren PutnamSep 4, 20263.0This park has the potential to be a very nice park, however I was disappointed that it was not. The price is extremely high for this particular park. We paid $1200 for 2 weeks. They did not offer weekly rates and apparently the price we paid was with a Good Sam discount. They offer monthly rates for $900 but you have to submit an application 30 days prior. The landscaping is not well maintained and it looks a little rundown. They put us in a spot that had zero shade and it was in the high 90s while we were there. We asked to move to a spot with shade and they did allow us that. So that was good. We had a problem with mice the whole time and had to set out traps. If you need to do laundry, the laundry room is only open until 5pm and it will cost you $8 a load. The wifi doesn't work most of the time. The river being next to it was the only thing that made this park nice. 95% of the other RVers were residents. It was quiet, but there are other rv parks for a lot less in the area. They also don't give you an invoice or email you one. We will not be back to this one.

- KSKarl SlomchinskiJul 27, 20263.0We stayed at Sacramento rv Park walking distance from this one. Then we stayed at this one. This one cost twice as much, the pool is a peanut and a long ways from anyone camping. The shower rooms are hot. The wifi is free, but has no Internet. The other one has a nice pool, restrooms are air-conditioned, it cost half the price, and the pool is within walking distance. The laundry room closes at 5, but you need to have your close in by 3:30 because the lock it at 5pm. This one has a nice park on the river that's nice to look at, to fast to get in. It's a nice park for seniors who don't want a pool and who don't have kids. We will not be staying here again.
