JGW RV Park is a full-service, 32-acre facility on the Sacramento River in Redding, California, which is the California gateway to the Shasta Cascade region. The RV park is conveniently located on Interstate 5, just five miles south of Redding’s downtown. Nestled among native black oak trees, the park has a grassy, natural setting for viewing birds and wildlife or for strolling along the Sacramento riverbank. You can also go fishing for steelhead, trout, and salmon, or just enjoy a barbecue and a friendly game of horseshoes. If you would like to experience the wonderland of northern California, the JGW RV Park is a great spot to have as a home base.. Within an hour’s drive from our park are lakes, caverns, waterfalls, museums, gold rush ruins, and state and national parks for you to enjoy. Redding is the major transportation artery for northern California. JGW RV Park is a prime location for you to spend a day, a week, or a month before continuing on your journey.

This one cost twice as much, the pool is a peanut and a long ways from anyone camping. The shower rooms are hot. The wifi is free, but has no Internet. The other one has a nice pool, restrooms are air-conditioned, it cost half the price, and the pool is within walking distance. The laundry room closes at 5, but you need to have your close in by 3:30 because the lock it at 5pm. This one has a nice park on the river that's nice to look at, to fast to get in. It's a nice park for seniors who don't want a pool and who don't have kids. We will not be staying here again.

Small dog park so you can let your fur baby's do there thing We had the best spot , trailers opened up to each other. Beautiful view of the Sacramento River. Highly recommend. Staff was very friendly. We're already looking to come back soon. Close to hwy 5 and easy to park your Rv.
