Nestled among native black oak trees, the park has a grassy, natural setting for viewing birds and wildlife or for strolling along the Sacramento riverbank. You can also go fishing for steelhead, trout, and salmon, or just enjoy a barbecue and a friendly game of horseshoes. If you would like to experience the wonderland of northern California, the JGW RV Park is a great spot to have as a home base.. Within an hour’s drive from our park are lakes, caverns, waterfalls, museums, gold rush ruins, and state and national parks for you to enjoy. Redding is the major transportation artery for northern California. JGW RV Park is a prime location for you to spend a day, a week, or a month before continuing on your journey.

Easy in and out and Joan was very helpful getting the reservation in advance. The view of the Sacramento River was a nice addition. We will return !!!

Two adjacent drive-through sites share utility hookup with water/electric/sewer/cable for both, so your neighbor's utility side will be on your utility side, and you camp side will be separated by vegetation from you other neighbor's camp side.

The night registration was a little confusing but the owner drove through and was very helpful and pleasant. The camper spaces were very nice and big with full hookups and Lots of shade from the trees. Oh and dog friendly!This was a nice quiet place!
