  The employees absolutely make this store. They are knowledgeable, friendly and experienced. The store is laid out well. Has amazing up to date equipment and clothes. Love coming here.

  Went to rei. I needed some running shoes and I needed help pick out some running shoes and trail hiking shoes. I meet a worker by the name of Bing he was able to ask me what my needs were and help me pick out some shoes after trying a few on. He was very knowledgeable and more so had patience that i was able to fine 2 pairs of shoes that fits perfectly. Thanks you Bing.

  Great selection for camping and hiking; this store had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, although it was pretty busy and I had to wait a few minutes for assistance. Prices were a bit higher than expected, but the quality and variety made up for it.

  I absolutely made a bad decision coming here to buy a pair of shoes. First, they practically force you to buy a membership that you can't cancel or return. Second, they trick you with promises of specials and make you sign up for another membership for someone else, supposedly to give you a bigger discount, but in the end, it's the same price. Their profit is in trapping you with their membership. In the end, when I realized it, I couldn't cancel the membership, which was $60 for 2 pairs at $30 each. And in the end, the shoes from them, for 4 pairs, cost me $570, and after checking directly with Merrell, the same shoes were $490. Honestly, I felt scammed. All I can say is, if you're not going to buy things very often, don't fall for their membership trick.
