Thank you, Shawn, for helping my husband sort out the problem with his online order. He was really worried he wouldn't get it in time for a race he'd been training hard for. You helped us stay in good spirits and be fully ready for the challenge! Thank you so much!

I'd like to thank the team at this store, led by Shawn. I had trouble with an online order and spent a lot of time trying to reach customer support, even though the website showed my order as completed. In the end, Shawn expertly resolved the issue and saved me both time and money! From now on, I'll be coming to this store more often instead of the other brand I used before. The team here is truly dedicated to helping customers. Thank you, Shawn!
