  ​I cannot say enough good things about the incredible team at this Trek bicycle shop! As someone who stands at 6'7" and was just getting used to my new XL hybrid bike, I managed to snap the chain right out of the gate while learning how to get a smooth start from a dead stop. ​Walking in with a broken chain on a brand-new bike I didn't even purchase at their specific location, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. But they were absolute professionals and completely welcoming from the second I walked through the door. To my amazement, they replaced my chain at no charge! ​On top of the free repair, the staff took the time to give me fantastic advice on starting and stopping smoothly given my height, shared great local tips, and even pointed me toward some amazing paved bike trails to check out. The customer service here is second to none. Even though I can't remember the name of the guy who helped me, I am endlessly grateful for their kindness, expertise, and top-tier support. Five stars all around!

  Humberto made the entire bike-buying experience easy and enjoyable. From day one, he was patient, answered every question we had, and never once tried to sell us something we didn’t need. His recommendations were always honest and based on what was actually best for us, not on making a sale. That made a huge difference, especially since we were new to road and gravel bikes. When a third-party delivery service failed to complete the delivery, Humberto didn’t make excuses or simply point us to someone else. He immediately stepped in, took care of the situation, and personally made sure everything was resolved. We really appreciated the extra effort. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cares about his customers, I highly recommend asking for Humberto at Trek Pasadena.
