Cashier didn’t let my party of 7 split into two lanes. Who even does that!!! We went to have a good time with the new unlimited deal but ended up only getting to play two games. The cashier said there were reservations while 7 lanes were open and never got filled. Waste of money; waste of time. Worst bowling experience ever.

I had a horrible experience at this space and definitely won't be coming back. The venue is much smaller than I expected, and the bowling lanes are packed so close together that it feels cramped and uncomfortable. There is barely any personal space, making it difficult to relax or enjoy the game.
What made the experience even worse was the atmosphere. Several customers were extremely aggressive, loud, and disrespectful. There was constant yelling, rude behavior, and people cutting into others' space without any consideration. Instead of feeling like a fun night out, it felt chaotic and stressful.
The biggest disappointment was the complete lack of management or staff intervention. Despite the excessive noise and disruptive behavior, no one seemed interested in maintaining order or ensuring guests had a pleasant experience. It gave the impression that anything goes, regardless of how it affects other customers.
For the prices they charge, I expected a much more organized and enjoyable environment. There are plenty of other bowling alleys that do a much better job of creating a welcoming atmosphere and managing their guests. If you're looking for a place where you can actually enjoy bowling without dealing with rude, aggressive crowds and an overcrowded layout, I'd recommend going somewhere else. Unfortunately, this visit was frustrating from start to finish, and I have no plans to return.

RIP to bowlero and all the leagues that used to bowl here. Now catered toward kids bday parties and weekend nights instead of avid bowlers. Used to bowl here weekly until they renovated for string pins. Then came back recently on a non busy weekday night. I was a solo bowler and plenty of other lanes were open. But 10 min in they put a party of 8 teens to my right, one of them tripped me on my approach, then a few minutes later they put a party of 6 to my left. Keep in mind there were about 18 other open lanes. I left early didn’t even finish my games. Never coming back unfortunately. Action lanes and Alhambra valley bowl have my business

This is my regular bowling alley. I come here around. 70-80 times a year for the past few years. What keeps me coming back is the friendly staff and fair pricing.
I pass by a closer Lucky strike lanes in the Arcadia mall to get to the Pasadena location. Originally did this because it was one of the few bowling alleys left that did not have string pins. Last year they put the string pins in and I was really upset. I still don’t like it, but I understand that the transition is necessary for financial profitability of a bowling alley. The lane oil conditions are significantly better and more consistent than the Arcadia location as well as the approach is a standard length. The Arcadia location has a shortened approach that throw us off my groove.
My one request is to have some times when the black lights are turned off. I find it very distracting to bowl with the reflections of the TVs on the lane in the black lights hiding the arrows on the lane.
