  I just sent in my e-bike today that I purchased from Walmart, particularly my 'Concord 27.5 in Step-Thru Electric Bike, 36V, Class 2, White, Fits Riders 5 ft 1 in - 6 ft 1' model. I underestimated that they may not assemble Walmart bicycles due to quality concerns and liability versus to other renowned bicycle brands I knew including Aventon, Lectric, BMX, etc. But, I was ignorant, and inside my mind, I owe this business an apology for underestimating their professional potential as they did mention in their website that they repair bicycles from a variety of brands in the broader sense. I partially assembled the bicycle and let them finished doing the rest because it is usually hot in the Coachella Valley during the month of September and I wanted professionals to assemble my bicycle piece-to-piece as me assembling it by myself may cause me to break certain parts or cause me to misplace parts by mistake. I dropped of my bicycle at 9 in the morning earlier and it was ready the same day a few hours later at noon. While in their website it claimed that the service is 24 hours, I was impressed with the quick assembly service for my new bicycle. I have another e-bike ready for assembly and I will absolutely be coming back here for their professional assembly and welcoming environment!

  I went into Trek thinking I needed a whole new brake mechanism and instead Zach repaired my brakes in 10 minutes and it was complementary. I will always go to trek bicycle shop. I also found the bar for my bike rack that I needed to transport my bike.

  John and Mitchel where super helpful and got me outta there in less than 30mins super kind and helpful explaining how to fix it my self so I I can do it next awesome staff.

  Great guys in the shop made my experience a very pleasant one - helping me find the right bicycle for my needs, Helping me move all the parts from my old bike that could be used on the new, Explaining how I can find the best bicycle trails in the area (as I’m newly moving to Morongo) . A very pleasant experience I would highly recommend!
