  John was very helpful and greeted me when I came into the store for the first time ever. Answered my questions and gave me options to purchase a new seat. Very friendly I’ll definitely be coming back.

  Needed a kickstand and these folks were the only store in SoCal that had it in stock. Easy to deal with over the phone and they shipped same day, saving our vacation from the annoyance of no kickstand on the wife's bike!

  I took one of the monthly bike maintenance classes with Zack and learned A TON! It was a small group so we got hands on time with our bikes and detailed instruction - what was scheduled as a half hour went for two hours because there was much to learn and I never felt rushed or stressed. There was no hard selling, just a great vibe and a crew who were happy to share what they know. After the little tune-up for my bike I ended up getting a flat later that same day, so I’m going back to pick up a few tools and put the new skills I learned to good use! 10/10 highly recommend - big thanks to Zack and John! Support this awesome local shop!

  I purchased a Haybike online, but the assembly instructions were terrible. After putting it together, I couldn't get the front wheel to align properly no matter what I tried. I reached out to Trek Bicycle Palm Springs, and they told me to bring it right in. Within 10 minutes, they had the issue fixed and had me ready to ride—and they didn't even charge me. These guys are the absolute best! I definitely learned my lesson; next time I need a bike, I’m coming straight to Trek Bicycle Palm Springs. I’d much rather have a bike that is professionally built and ready to ride than spend hours on the frustration of online assembly and zero customer support. After seeing the high-quality builds and much nicer bikes in their shop, I’m honestly disappointed I didn't just buy from them in the first place. You really do get what you pay for. Highly recommended!
