- JSJim SchmidtSep 29, 20261.0Unfortunately had a very bad service experience here recently. I have been shopping here for almost 20 years and purchased two bikes from them. On a recent visit to pick up bike from service an employee accused me of stealing. Completely out of line and unacceptable. The other employee helping me could care less. Trek makes a good bike but I can no longer support this business after such an unpleasant experience. I will now purchase parts and accessories at Amazon (already have and they are less expensive) and seek a new shop to tune/service my bike. Try my best to support local biz but cannot stand for such terrible service. To be clear, this was Palm Desert location.
