- TMTyla McMurry4 days ago5.0I always have a good experience at this REI, but today Jeremy helped my husband find a backpack for our upcoming trip and was phenomenal! He spent ample time with us asking about our upcoming trip as well as potential ones in the future to make sure we ended up with the right pack for our needs. Thanks Jeremy!

- CJCalvin JungSep 26, 20265.0I went for travel accessories not outdoor. Luggage, daypacks etc. I find the prices Ok rare discounts.
- JNJeffrey NguyenSep 7, 20265.0I had such a great experience shopping for climbing gear at REI, and a huge part of that was thanks to Anthony. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. I had a lot of questions, and he took the time to walk me through everything, explain the differences between products, and make sure I understood what I was buying. What I appreciated most was that Anthony never made me feel rushed or pressured. He genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right gear for my needs rather than just making a sale. His knowledge of climbing equipment was impressive, and he was able to make the whole shopping experience feel easy and enjoyable. Anthony was also friendly, personable, and clearly passionate about what he does. Having someone like him available makes a huge difference, especially when you're investing in climbing gear and want to make informed decisions. REI is soooooo lucky to have someone like Anthony on the team. He provided outstanding customer service and made what could have been an overwhelming shopping trip a really positive experience. I’d definitely recommend asking for Anthony if you’re shopping for climbing gear!
