- KMKatherine MaJul 5, 20255.0Great workout, and I liked the mix of weights and boxing. The studio was very clean with updated equipment, and parking was fully validated and easy. Brian was a great instructor, and I liked the music and lighting also. They have lockers too.

It's been incredibly fun, challenging, satisfying, and much more! The studio has come together as a community and I look forward to seeing everyone who works at the studio or attends classes regularly. I recommend it to anyone at any skill level.
