- HBHolly BJun 9, 20261.0Horrible management Murrieta location. This place is so short staffed which makes all of us customers suffer. We came at opening on Tuesday and the line was out the door. One girl with braces checking everyone in and it took awhile. She was doing her best considering being alone. We finally got assigned a lane and were told it would be a bit until the lane was ready. They just opened and we waited a good 15 minutes to check in and then had to wait about another 15 minutes for our lane to be ready! Why isn't it ready upon opening management? Help out your staff! I immediately went to order a pizza, a pitcher and fries while waiting to start our first game. The poor girl said she was by herself and had a lot of orders not just to make but to take payment as well! The line was pretty long for food as well and she was taking orders and cooking with no help. The food still hadn't arrived as we started our second game of bowling so I went back and found out it was given to a different lane. The girl originally checking people in started running food. What a disaster. She had to remake my entire order which then finally arrived during our 3rd game! It was just the pizza that came, I still had to ask for our fries. HIRE MORE PEOPLE! I know plenty of teens that would love to be trained! Call your applicants and give them an opportunity. It was busy and waiting is understandable but this was ridiculous and could be avoided with more staff.

I myself purchased their Summer Special which works best for my schedule and is a great deal. Played my two games with my friends, had an amazing time and was happy with my purchase. Staff was friendly, polite and helpful. Looking forward to returning all Summer long.

My Wife was getting shoe sizes For my kids and she was upset because we was telling her their shoe size one by one and then she put us next to intoxicated people. We asked to be put in a different lane and her and the other lady gave us both an attitude. I will never come here again it’s smelt horrible It is not a family friendly establishment. I would not suggest to come here unless you want to receive the worst this attitude That you’ll ever receive I am going to give my review not only on Google, but on every website that I can
