My family and I paid to bowl, but before we had finished our allotted time, a manager named Ian shut off the power to our bowling lanes and rushed me and my children to leave so the facility could close. I found this behavior unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful, especially since we had paid for our game. I understand that businesses have closing procedures, but customers should be treated courteously and given clear communication regarding any time limits or closing expectations. Abruptly shutting off the lanes and rushing families out reflects poorly on the customer experience. I would appreciate a review of this incident and an explanation of why our paid bowling time was cut short. I also hope steps are taken to ensure customers are treated with greater professionalism and respect in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

While I was finishing my Mule, he stood directly in front of me behind the bar and stared me down as if he was trying to intimidate me into leaving, even though the bowling alley was still open. As a paying customer, I found his behavior rude and unprofessional. There are better ways for a manager to communicate with customers than making them feel unwelcome and pressured to leave.

The manager , Blair, couldn’t have been more welcoming and kind when we checked in. He asked if there were any birthdays in our group and there were so he sent over a cookie for the girls. Our server, Max was so sweet and helpful and Paige at the front helped me to reload our cards when I was having trouble. A surprisingly wonderful first experience ❤️ thank you Lucky Strike team!
