For context, REI is having their "biggest sale of the year" Well. Every. I mean. E.V.E.R.Y item I looked at today had a price sticker that was HIGHER than the one under. There was an item that was 89.95, with a 120.95 sticker over it. While having a "30% discount." I am never buying at REI again. And I regret the 600 order I placed online, with all my heart.

I both browse the store and pickup online orders and have always found both the floor and the front end staff helpful and friendly. The 8pm closing is a challenge to my schedule and I seem to often be the last one in the store and usually have to ask the floor staff for help to make sure I find what I need. Even at the end of the day, the store seems to be neat and the shelves well stocked.
