  Pretty cool business model to avoid any more merch ending up in landfills. I’ve purchased many used gears here - cycling, hiking, climbing. I’ve also sold shoes and a bike saddle here! I appreciate having this type of support for members.

  Terrible customer service. I was helping my mom shop for hiking boots and sat down for a total of <30 seconds to try something on (I had no intention of buying anything and was just passing time). My mom was standing up to try on a pair of shoes, and a staff member named Erick decided to come over and say something incredibly back-handed about “how come I’m sitting down while my mom is standing, when she’s the one who is paying” (insinuating the shoes I was trying on would be paid for by her when I had no intention to buy). First, she’s standing to get a feel for the shoes, you can’t just tell if you’ll like a pair by sitting down and putting them on. Second, the bench was wide enough for three people, if she wanted to, she would be sitting down. Third, it’s bold of you to assume she’s the one paying when I myself am an adult. She also isn’t some fragile elderly woman who needs to sit down. We didn’t ask for your help, and yet Erick (that was the name on the shirt label) decided he wanted to come over and make a very rude remark. Really not a cool way to be treating your customers, and I’m very disappointed with this experience. Do better.

  My family and I love REI, especially this Re/Supply store, and were excited to take advantage of their Memorial Day sale, but we received very poor service from what seemed like one of the managers there, an Asian lady. Luckily, the cashier named Diego was a good sport and tried to help us out despite the poor attitude and lack of help from the lady. We drove over an hour to get here and will have to rethink shopping here in the future.

  The store had an interesting assortment of items, from tents to cycling gear. The prices were pretty good, and I would say to go here first before going to the REI ~2 stores down just to see if there's a deal on item you wanted. Didn't end up buying anything, but they had cycling jerseys for like $35 and wheels for like $40
