  We bought what we were looking for, but upon checkout team member "Jeanie" nearly swindled my girlfriend and then me into signing up for their credit card "just for applying, it's no big deal" like getting a credit card tied to your credit score isn't a big deal. Someone not aware could be taken advantage of by their wording. Then they point to the sign as if they weren't the sign and didn't need to tell you the "fine print".

  Pretty cool business model to avoid any more merch ending up in landfills. I’ve purchased many used gears here - cycling, hiking, climbing. I’ve also sold shoes and a bike saddle here! I appreciate having this type of support for members.

  Terrible customer service. I was helping my mom shop for hiking boots and sat down for a total of <30 seconds to try something on (I had no intention of buying anything and was just passing time). My mom was standing up to try on a pair of shoes, and a staff member named Erick decided to come over and say something incredibly back-handed about “how come I’m sitting down while my mom is standing, when she’s the one who is paying” (insinuating the shoes I was trying on would be paid for by her when I had no intention to buy). First, she’s standing to get a feel for the shoes, you can’t just tell if you’ll like a pair by sitting down and putting them on. Second, the bench was wide enough for three people, if she wanted to, she would be sitting down. Third, it’s bold of you to assume she’s the one paying when I myself am an adult. She also isn’t some fragile elderly woman who needs to sit down. We didn’t ask for your help, and yet Erick (that was the name on the shirt label) decided he wanted to come over and make a very rude remark. Really not a cool way to be treating your customers, and I’m very disappointed with this experience. Do better.
