I arrived just before closing, and Josh stayed more than an hour after closing to help me find the right bike and answer all of my questions. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed. Throughout the entire process, Josh communicated clearly, responded to all of my questions, and made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. His customer service was truly exceptional. I’d also like to thank the manager, Scott (I believe that was his name), for his professionalism and hospitality. I highly recommend this shop, and if you have the chance, ask for Josh—you’ll be in great hands.
- MVMax VSJul 25, 20265.0Went in with my mini velo to get a new tube. Another bike shop (not gonna spill any tea here) gave up when they couldn’t get my back wheel off. These guys quickly diagnosed the issue, gave me some cool info on my bike when I asked, and were genuinely good dudes. Will definitely be back. OH! Another dude was walking around with COOKIES, come on.
