We discussed safety, brake quality, gears, ... After choosing the right model, they immediately started on putting everything together and within 20 minutes i walked out with my new bike.

I tried to explain my issue he interrupted and said "your pretty sure means nothing" he didn't even let me explain what my problem was. He didn't even hear what the whole issue was just kept interrupting me.

They worked on them as soon as I walked in and in was out in 30 min!!! That also served baked cookies and soda water!! I will be back!!

He adjusted the seat, pumped the tires, tightened all the screws, made all the necessary adjustments, and even helped us choose the best hand grips for a comfortable fit. Josh was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything and did it all with a genuine smile. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days, and we truly appreciated the care and attention he gave us. My son left excited to ride his bike, and we left feeling confident that it was safe and properly set up. Highly recommend this shop, and a special thank you to Josh for making the experience so positive! 🚲⭐
