HAD AN ACCIDENT AND THEY NEVER FOLLOWED UP WITH ME While the place itself is nice, my experience was very bad. Last weekend I was there celebrating my birthday, over an hour before thy were closing they decided to start cleaning the floors (you have costumers, kids running and you're cleaning all the floors). Unfortunately I slipped, hurting myself on my elbow and hip kinda bad. Manager offered me a drink I asked for what I was originally drinking and she said oh no I can only give you a beer for free... I said I want what I was I drinking I'll pay for it, they ended up not charging me for that ONE drink. They asked for all my information for the report, gave me a bag with ice and that was it... Next day I called to make sure the report was filed they took all my info again and said someone will contact me shortly from corporate. It's 6 days later, and NOTHING, not a phone call not a text, email absolutely nothing. To me that says a LOT about a place, accidents happen I know but the way a business reacts to that says a lot, the way Lucky Strike reacted while I was there and after is pretty disappointing. NOT COMING BACK

We have the Summer Season pass which is working great for us. Sad we only have a couple of weeks left. Hoping for future season passes to be offered. Each time we are bowling and have Randy (Hope I am getting her name spelled right). As our server...we always have a great night going home happy. Regardless if we bowled good or bad . She is always fast in assisting us with our food & drink orders. She makes sure to check on us from time to time if we need anything else. I hope management gives her the recognition she deserves.

Sucks I have to give this review because this place is such a cool spot to hangout aside from the manager and his unprofessionalism. While I was dining with my girlfriend, a random stranger attempted to put her hands in my girls food and walk away like nothing happened. I’m guessing this girl was an employees friend or something because before and after the situation, she’s conversing with the staff like nothing happened. Then when confronted about it, she decided to be disrespectful and mock the situation. When that disrespect was evenly reciprocated right back, the manager decided it was a smart idea to take that persons side and tried to have my girlfriend and I escorted out without any further investigation. Because of this, my server who was extremely kind, missed out on her tip and the company just lost business but clearly that wasn’t an issue to them. I then later called to speak to a manager over the phone telling him what happened and how his server missed out on her tip and another server covered our bill and his response was “It doesn’t matter” again continuing to justify the situation and patronize my response to the situation and not come to a resolution. How this person is in a managers position I have no idea. Anybody in their right mind would have the SAME REACTION I had if a random person reaches for their food and nothing is done about it and the fact that a server (not a manager but a SERVER) had to cover our bill and apologize on the companies behalf speaks volume in itself. Shoutout to the young man at the bowling kiosk desk who helped out and the server who offered to covered our meal but this place along with the manager who seems to justify a random person reaching into a customers food just lost all my respect and business 👎🏾
