PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE!!!! Even though the service and the food was good, the most disturbing part of going to this place was the “guard”. There’s a “ guard” at the entrance that seems that he doesn’t know how to handle people, they check you before you in, like if you were going to a club, I asked him about why they were doing that and he screamed at me saying that one guy died one year ago. He definitely needs to learn some manners. His names is Irvin. I asked to speak to someone, but everyone said that he doesn’t have a boss?!! That he was his own boss, that is kind of ridiculous. This is not Vegas or a club, is a family place, people should not feel threatened or in danger. There’s a lot of kids, and families inside.

Just don't go. There is plenty to do around here. I have been to 3 locations in LA since I heard they had new management. It's clear they only care about sucking every penny from you while spending no money on their teams. Worst service out of the three is east LA. Manager literally kicked someone out who complained about not being told of charges. Food is microwave and overly expensive for mush. If you want service, strap on an apron and help yourself. These teams must live in the back, because good luck finding someone to help. They even know, as a company, you should t expect service. That's why you order from a QR code and have to tip before you even get your food or drinks. Yeah no thanks. Maybe try firing and rehiring that LA management team, because the service is only getting worse.

Here, bowling suddenly starts to feel like a party for people who charge more for a "casual Friday" than I do for rent. The atmosphere is great: music, lighting, huge screens, a bar—everything feels like you're not there to bowl, but to star in an American comedy about a perfect evening in Los Angeles. The lanes are good, everything works quickly, and the staff is friendly. And most importantly, even people who usually bowl like "broken Roombas" start to feel like pros after their second drink. A special plus is the location at L.A. Live. After a concert, a game, or just a stroll, you can suddenly hang out here for a couple of hours... and suddenly realize it's almost 1 a.m., and you're still arguing whether that strike was fair. 5/5. A great place where sports, a bar, and a little chaos are perfectly balanced.

WATCH YOUR BILL! Me and my friend was at the bar and to make a long story short, we was quoted $32 for an Azul margarita. When the bill came it was off so I asked how much did you say? $38 was what she said but actually charged me $40.50 and plus $7.90 for tax. The so called manager didn't make it no better when I called today. No remedy, claiming that was the price. Such losers trying to nikel and dime ppl. I will be contacting my bank!
