- JJJimSep 24, 20261.0They have a friendly team, and they can handle simple tasks and that's about it. They can't handle any more difficult tasks OUTSIDE: Tire/tube swaps, and derailleur adjustment. Anything else should be taken another shop. They are nice but the mechanic doesn't know what the hell he's doing, and he made facts up when I confronted him about it. It's one thing to do a bad job, but it's another to do a bad job and then try to justify it. Trek Livermore: You should not offer services outside tire/tube replacement and derailleur adjustment if you don't know how to do it. Stop offering other services and learn how to do you job before start charging people money for your own learning experiences. My bike is not your experiment. If you disagree and want to reach out, feel free to respond to my review and I can teach you how to do your job.
- OPOlek PawlowskiSep 17, 20265.0I don't write a lot of reviews for places, but I felt compelled to give Trek 5 stars. We have both bought a bikes from here and taken in multiple bikes for service. The staff has always been great. Service has been timely (when they can't do it right away, they tell you when and stick to it) and have reasonable prices. Believe all the other rave reviews, these guys know their stuff and do it well.
- KVkrishna vasireddySep 14, 20265.0Great service
- JKJoshua KuntzAug 23, 20265.0Great service. They scrounge through their spare parts to get my older bike back on the road.
- MMMarvAug 17, 20265.0Made an appointment at 11am and got my Domane SL5 back by 130pm. One day turn around time and Justin was the bike technician that completed repairs on my bike. I forgot to mention that Justin also helped out on my front and rear brakes to make sure they were firm and assisted with my rear derailleur cable for a little allowance. The next day, I went for an 8 mile trek for a warm up and my Domane feels amazing! Highly recommend this shop! Will come back!
