  Made an appointment at 11am and got my Domane SL5 back by 130pm. One day turn around time and Justin was the bike technician that completed repairs on my bike. I forgot to mention that Justin also helped out on my front and rear brakes to make sure they were firm and assisted with my rear derailleur cable for a little allowance. The next day, I went for an 8 mile trek for a warm up and my Domane feels amazing! Highly recommend this shop! Will come back!

  The service is extremely good, friendly, and professional. We needed a repair; they were fast and extremely affordable. We came all the way from Tracy, and it is worth the trip.

  Customer service was lacking or non-existent or partly indifferent. Went into the store prepared to spend $800. Spent almost two hours in the store. Most of the time was spent waiting for the someone's attention. Even when I did get someone's attention, I did not get any definitive answer to my questions. I had to spend most of my time there searching on Google and YouTube for my answers. Had to call a friend of mine to get some clarifications. I mean isn't the whole point of a physical store that you get to ask and get your questions answered by people who knew what they were doing? The only definitive answer I got from the staff was what colors they had in stock. Nobody was willing to answer fairly simple questions regarding the bike itself. I guess the silver lining is that I didn't spend any money that day.
