⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 EXPERIENCE — SERIOUSLY AMAZING STAFF! 🎳🔥 My family and I had such an awesome experience at Bowlero. From the moment we got there, the staff treated us incredibly well. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, helpful, and made us feel like they genuinely appreciated us being there. The whole family had a great time, but what really blew me away happened toward the end of our visit. The staff surprised my family and me with a thank-you card and TWO FREE GAMES for a future visit. That honestly meant a lot to us. ❤️ They absolutely did not have to do that, and it was one of those little gestures that completely changes how you look at a business. Great customer service is becoming harder and harder to find these days, so when people go above and beyond like this, they deserve to be recognized. It wasn’t just about bowling. They made the entire experience feel special and made my family feel appreciated. My kids had a blast, we had a great night together, and that surprise at the end was the perfect way to finish it off. To the entire Bowlero staff: THANK YOU! You guys absolutely killed it. 👏🎳 We came in expecting to have a fun night bowling and left talking about how amazing the staff treated us. That says everything. We will 100% be coming back. Bowlero just earned some loyal customers! Highly recommend this place for families, date nights, birthdays, or anybody just looking to have a great time. Five stars without hesitation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Staff is rude. Place is dirty. And not helpful at all. Waitress asked my order... And went home. Over priced too. And the lanes kept messing up. Stay home lol
