  We needed a bike for my son who grew out of his COOP DRT, so after looking online, we found some options in other stores but this was the one that had the bike we wanted. I am no stranger to REI but I have never been to this location before. Great store and awesome customer service. We did a test ride and got extra help with the accessories. We also got premium advice on current price options. Couldn’t be happier.

  At this particular REI location, they are super aggressive with asking if I want a membership during the check out. (They almost ask you to the point where it’s going to make your day bad) (I previously had normal to decent checkout experience in their East Coast locations.) This is the second time happened to me at this location.

  Amazing store! The people here all care about your overall experience without the feeling that it's all just for "bonus commission points." Maybe it is but I don't see or feel it come out at least. Big store with an amazing selection of everything, and the membership is just overall... They want you to come back and feel right at home here. Good selection, great employees, great benefits, one of the few stores left like it. Also amazing discounts left and right somehow..

  Just came to REI to get my husband fitted for a backpack and wanted to shoutout LISA!!! She was so informative, amazing, and just made it a really special experience for both of us. She put in a lot of work to make sure he tried on multiple brands, sizes, and fits. Super awesome woman and we walked out with a backpack that my husband described as “the most comfortable backpack he has ever worn,” lol. Btw, it was the Gregory Baltoro 75. Thank you Lisa!
