- SSSanford SmithMay 26, 20265.0Took my wheel in to get spoke replaced and trued. Wasn't sure if I needed the wheel relaced. They inspected the wheel and advised that it looked fine. Replaced the broken spoke and straightened the wheel. Like new! Highly recommend this shop for your cycling needs

I went in here to get a screw washer and cable for my kids mtb brake caliper ... and theye happened to have a lightly used handle, cable, and caliper(complete setup) that he sold me for super cheap. these guys are very helpful and nice I'll definitely be back with my e-bikes and mountain bikes. thank you Cory
- OMOscar MoguelMay 5, 20261.0I was excited to pickup my bike for the first time at this shop expecting a clean smooth running bike but that didn't happen! Not even a mile from my house after the first ride the bike starts shifting terrible I was so made since I just picked it up but I though I give them a second chance. I told them what happened and the mechanic told me he never seen a cable shifter like that before! I was shocked and new instantly I was in the wrong place. They called me an hour later to tel me one of my links was gone and the chain was broken. I replaced it and they gave me a generous 10% off the part with no labor charge but that wasn't enough for me. The bike was still dirty around the drive train gears and the chain still skips running the worse it ever has! I REGRET GOING TO THIS SHOP THEY MISSED OUT ON SERVICING 3 MOUNTAIN BIKES AND 2 ELECTRIC BIKES I HAVE!
