  I had an awesome experience at this shop! I brought my new bike in for a tune-up, and the service was absolutely top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable.They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure my bike was dialed. I highly recommend this shop and I’ll definitely be coming back!

  First time in a bike store. Went in with a budget. Was greeted without a smile and barely a recognition. Was told to go get a used bike with that budget. I was about to turn and leave but he honored me with a few more mins of his time to go over bikes and eventually I got a bit of an education to continue my search. I will definitely be buying a new bike and it won't be from here. Low energy employee or owner - who knows. Come on - you can do better.

  I purchased my first road bike from the Trek location in La Mesa, and the entire experience was outstanding. Leon and Mikey were incredibly helpful throughout the process, taking the time to answer all of my questions—especially since I’m new to cycling. They made sure I felt comfortable, informed, and confident in my purchase. The team at the La Mesa store truly goes above and beyond to create a welcoming and supportive environment for their customers. I also had the opportunity to work with Ivan in the service department, who was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain how the different components work and what to expect when it comes to maintenance. Overall, this was a fantastic experience from start to finish, and I highly recommend this Trek location to anyone looking for excellent customer service and expertise.
