He was an expert, asked about where the pain was, looked at my buckles, and then had me take them off and even provided a foot massager. He found me a pair of socks which were a bit thicker with some cushion in strategic places. I went back out and the difference was immediate and spectacular. Thanks Craig and all the other helpful people at the shop.
