- AAAudreyOct 4, 20265.0We had a really fun night. Socorro got us all set up. She was very personable and navigated us through the process with ease. Loved Martin's personality, he came by our lane to check on us and see if we needed anything and answered the questions we had. Our server was fast and efficient, (Ethan or Nath if i remember correctly)? Cant forget Danny, we had a fun conversation and he was very hospitable. We will be back. We enjoyed the whole experience. 😊
- BBBoiSep 28, 20265.0Wowzers what an experience I had at Bowlero Santa Barbara! Came here on a Saturday and me and my friends had an amazing time. Bowling was fun and the drink selection they had was amazing. While bowling and dominating my friends at it, a man by the name of Martin was extra attentive and helpful, making sure to check in on us when our drinks were running low and even recommended we get a dunk tank to share and we really enjoyed it. The arcade was also a blast as I continued my total domination in the wide variety of arcade games against my companions. Thanks to helpful staff members like Martin, I will most definitely be returning soon to this location.
- JBJudah BrodySep 27, 20261.09:27 - terrible management Rachel. Second time in a row they give me the shittiest lane in the alley because I’m only with one other person when every lane is free, they only give good lanes to large parties. Every other frame the pins would not reset to the correct number and management refused to give me a voucher, only 20 extra minutes despite me having to walk to the desk 30 times, change lanes TWICE and despite the manager I had last time giving me one last time for the same exact circumstances (actually less circumstances, only having to change lanes once). Not worth the price for expensive food and drinks and terrible customer service from management. Soulless corporate entity, I miss the OG Zodos. The other employees are good, but there are not enough and turnover is constant. Bar is an alright place to watch football but not worth prices
- IIIrisSep 24, 20265.0Had a great time here with my family! Everyone on the staff was nice and helpful, but Jovon definitely stood out to us the most. He made sure our lanes were running smoothly, brought our food out, and checked on us to make sure we were good on drinks and everything else. He also helped us out in the arcade and was super patient with the kids. Really appreciate how helpful and friendly he was. He definitely made our family’s experience even better. We’ll be back!
- DPDp475 PizanoSep 24, 20265.0Jovon and martin we absolutely exceptional with there service and attention to detail would absolutely recommend this place when these 2 are on the clock they make your experience the best and you get the most out of your time here. Would definitely look for them when you come in. If any problems do arise they will make sure to handle it in a professional and timely manner. Martin took good care of us and Jovon made sure we always had a full glass of whatever we were drinking and even made sure our lane was always up and running.
