- RLRene Lopez4 days ago1.0We came in the n a Sunday and it seemed like either they were understaffed or managed their breaks poorly. This really affected our experience as after ordering food when we started our bowling game we were told that the cook had to take a break due to California labor laws and there was no one to make our food. I completely understand that employees deserve and need their breaks, but there should ideally be another cook available to keep preparing orders while someone is on break. We ended up waiting a very long time for our food, which was frustrating. Especially when the kids were hungry and had to wait over an hour and twenty minutes. What made it even more frustrating was the fact that the staff made it seem there was nothing they could do besides have us keep waiting with no clear indication of when the food would start being made. That said, I really hope corporate takes this feedback into consideration because we genuinely want to come back and continue making good memories here. We appreciate the staff who were doing their best under the circumstances. A special thank you to Ryan, the “bowl mechanic,” for checking on us and taking the time to make sure we were okay. As well to Martin for his effort on making things right. That kind of effort was appreciated.

Ryan the mechanic is awesome at what he does, keeping the lanes running smooth and is a Swiss Army knife employee that can be found doing any job. Martin is an approachable, knowledgeable and friendly manager that takes care of his employees and is well liked by everyone. He makes sure to keep an eye out for anything that needs attention and we love when he’s working. If you’re looking for the perfect place to take your family/friends, the bowlero in Goleta is the place to go!

Really do appreciate the staff on point with service and having a pinball to sign is one of the icing in our cherry on top really do appreciate the management on everything that they did for us. It was on point to set up the explanation the instructions and the food is really good. We’re coming now Thursday for happy hour. Great price and bowling all night sign me up. Clarissa and Rachel are awesome. Very kindappreciated everything that they did and the service was great.

Clarissa especially has always gone out of her way to help me every time I’m here. She’s consistently welcoming, attentive, and makes sure I’m taken care of. That kind of service definitely doesn’t go unnoticed. I also want to give recognition to Socorro, Genie, Sofia, Ryan, Antoinette, Jovon, and Naomi, who all help create a great environment at the bowling alley and have always made my experiences here enjoyable. And a SPECIAL shoutout to Depeche behind the bar! Always great service and adds to the overall experience. When you bowl somewhere as frequently as I do, the people make a huge difference. This team is a big reason I continue coming back and why I enjoy bowling here. They all deserve recognition for the work they do!
