Unfortunately after giving Jenny C a $100 for my $46.26 amount of food I had purchased, she took my bill and came back with my change. Per our conversation she mentioned she didn’t have the exact coins for me which for me that’s fine what’s a few cents. I didn’t bother to check my dollar amount of change until this morning and instead of getting $53 in return I was only given $45… I called and spoke to Diana , she stated they were “under” and offered 2 hours of free bowling but couldn’t provide me the difference I was missing because they can’t verify that I wasn’t given my exact change. Definitely going to start checking to make sure I’m giving the right amount back. I’m not a lair , no need for me to call if I was in the wrong.make sure you check your change in return when paying in cash. I trusted the worker and just placed it in the wallet without checking.

Joshua were dismissive, barely acknowledged us, and made every interaction feel like a burden. At one point I was genuinely embarrassed in front of my friends by an employee who spoke to me like I was wasting their time. Nobody wants to spend their money somewhere they’re made to feel unwelcome. Do better.

Waited 20 minutes past our reservation with zero communication, and when I asked for help, I was met with eye rolls and shrugs. For the price they charge, basic courtesy shouldn’t be too much to ask. Won’t be returning.
