We had two guys help us (unfortunately forgot their names) and they were super helpful in answering questions we had, showed us how to attach it, take it apart and collapse it to put in our car. Love Trek Fresno!

Especially with it being my first good quality bike I wasn’t sure what I needed to buy and I walked out very satisfied with my purchase. Did not make us feel pressured to buy any additional things but made it known what they offered and the purposes. I had also went in a couple weeks prior to get sized and the gentleman with the long hair and beard was super friendly and helped me figure out my size.
