  My wife went in and asked about one of the specific sleeping bags that was a floor display she was wondering if she can get a discount because with Floor models A lot of people touch them and can get inside of them she was wondering if she could get a discount but was told no by one of the sales people if that was the case The whole store would be on sale. I think it would’ve been nicer to just say unfortunately no I understand that Floor models don’t get discounted all the time at certain establishments but I think there was a better way of letting people know this with out coming off as rude

  Massive thanks to the nice lady at the back counter in bike/ski land that with the tats that had the fork seals I needed for a repair I had to do. Never in my decades of going to REI have I hardly talked to a person as most experiences I have had at REI kind of sucked, honestly. I didn't catch her name, but this review is to her for being so cool and completely making my day with the good vibes. Can't say enough how rad that whole visit was.

  Two levels for this REI. It was nice browsing and getting gear for our camping adventures in nearby national parks.

  I had a really great experience shopping at REI for hiking shoes. I had already visited several other stores looking for the right pair, but I honestly found that REI had the best variety and selection. They had so many different options, including great brands like Salomon, which made it much easier to compare different styles and find something that felt right for me. The staff was also extremely nice, welcoming, and helpful. They took the time to assist me without making me feel rushed, and their knowledge and customer service made the whole shopping experience much better. I really appreciated having so many quality options in one place, especially since finding the right hiking shoes can be difficult. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience at REI and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for hiking shoes, outdoor gear, or quality hiking brands. I will definitely be coming back for my future hiking and outdoor needs! 🥾🏔️✨
