Whether you’re a seasoned adventurer or just getting started, and the staff is genuinely knowledgeable and passionate about the outdoors. I recently stopped in to look at shoes and had the pleasure of working with a young woman named Caliska. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and helpful from the moment I walked in. She clearly knew her products inside and out and took the time to make sure I found exactly what I needed. Even while helping me, I noticed her hustling around the store, making sure every customer was taken care of. Her energy and dedication stood out — she deserves a raise! The service at this location is consistently friendly and ready to help. I’ll definitely be back for all my future outdoor needs and will be recommending REI to friends and family.
