  I went to get my brake pads replaced. Dropped it off and added an extra tuneup since it was already gonna be in the shop. When I went to pick up my bike they explained they shipped the wrong part and did not replace my brake pads because it was still in good shape. It rode alright for a couple months from May til July. However, now I'm in the same situation where my brakes are completely burnt. It felt like I basically paid a 100$ for them to inflate my tires. Really disappointed with this experience.I will be replacing my own brakes from now on.

  I was recommended to Trek Folsom by my bike fitter-- who had selected a few bike frames, Trek Included. I test rode a Domane 9 AXS Gen 4 with SRAM electronic shifting. Rode incredibly, but was a little out my my budget. The manager, Josh worked with me to find a price I could "stretch" up to, and after a month of riding, it's been great. I recently came in to upgrade the handlebars to an aero set-- which involved brake bleed, new tape, new shifter batteries. Their service guys were great. Anytime I have a tech question about the components, they're more than happy to answer. Hard to be disappointed with sales and service at Folsom ;-)

  I love the Trek Electra bikes! This is the 4th one I have purchased for my family. I live in Roseville and had a few bad experiences with a manager at the Roseville store 6 months to a year ago. I vowed to never go there again. So, when my daughter asked for a new bike for her 14th birthday, I reached out to the Folsom store. She found the bike that she wanted online, but they didn't have it in store. The guys at the Folsom store are amazing! They found a bike at another store down in Southern California, had it shipped up here, and when the shipment was late, had the bike built the day it arrived so we could pick it up in time for my daughter's birthday! Every time I called the store to check on the status of the shipment of the bike, no matter who I spoke to, they were friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful! I can't say enough good things about the Folsom store! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
