They completely dialed it in, greased everything, and paid attention to all the small details to make sure the bike was safe and everything was working like it should. Customer service was great too. They explained everything they did and made the whole process easy. They even gave the bike back to me cleaner than when I dropped it off. It honestly felt like I was picking up a new bike. Great experience all around!
