- GGGabiSep 23, 20265.0Cade was very kind, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful! Best support and guidance before buying a bunch of camping gear.
- LLLjSep 13, 20262.0Love REI but this particular Elk Grove location is lacking in solid customer service and inventory. It carries practically no women’s outdoor clothing. The last time I was there, the lady working was not helpful and almost intimidating. Just a very weird vibe.
- ASArchu ShotlandSep 7, 20265.0Exceptional store with an amazing selection and outstanding customer service! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. They regularly check in while you’re shopping and are quick to answer questions, recommend products, or check for the right size in stock. The store is clean, organized, and well-maintained. Highly recommend this place for great products and even better service!
- CCCraig ChalmersAug 24, 20265.0They had exactly what I needed which was a 25mm/1in Sea to Summit field repair buckle. Which perfectly replaced a broken buckle on my swim suit.
- JSJay ShubertAug 16, 20265.0Great people, great gear , but plan to pay for it 😉 the year end rewards font come close for the price difference from othwr retailers but thats not the reason you go into an REI.
