I come back purchase new pair of shoes, guy at the back tells me there is %20 members discount on the shoes. Guy at the counter checks me out and says this brand is excluded from the discount!! I mean why not explain this when you made me pay for membership and why tell me there is discount when I was choosing the shoes and then I come to counter and you tell me there is misunderstanding. Total scam.

The floor employees who helped me were good, but the manager and front of house were terrible. Made a simple process into a tedious process - instead of going in and out during my lunch break, I spent my entire lunch break dealing with their BS. In the end, I got a brand new roof box for cheaper than the one i bought. If they just did a simple price adjustment, it would have been easier for everyone involved.
