  Another outstanding experience at Trek Bicycle Dublin—and this one deserves special recognition for Braden. I booked my bike in online and brought it in on Tuesday morning. Braden was immediately available, welcoming, and incredibly engaging. He quickly diagnosed why the chain was slipping, explained exactly what needed to be done, and clearly walked me through my options for replacing the chain and rear cassette. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and willingness to accommodate my needs made the entire experience exceptional. I asked whether the bike could be turned around within two days. Braden didn’t merely meet that request—the bike was ready later that same day. I have always been impressed with this shop, but this experience truly brought home just how excellent its service is. Braden is an incredible asset to the Trek Dublin team, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you, Braden, and thank you to the entire team. I’ll definitely be bringing my bike back!

  I will definitely return to Trek for service on my bike. Everyone that day was very helpful and definitely willing to help. Brody was kind enough to help me with my tire he got me on the road again.
