  Mike is incredible. Trek headquarters messed up my order and only shipped one of the two e-bikes I purchased. Before even calling me, Mike had already contacted other Trek stores to locate the exact bike I needed—something Trek headquarters apparently wasn’t willing to do. He took ownership of the problem, kept me informed, and made it happen. On top of that, he’s just a lot of fun to talk to—super genuine, friendly, and clearly passionate about what he does. He was eager to share his knowledge, answer questions, and make sure I had a great experience. Outstanding customer service and a great example of someone who truly goes above and beyond for the customer.

  The quality of repairs and turn around time. Brody is an excellent mechanic!! There’s another mechanic who I can’t remember his name (really soft spoken red head?) sorry I can’t recall his name… both mechanics at trek have been able to diagnose my bike issues and fixed issues correctly the first time. When I first moved to the area, I took my bike to 2 other shops and I was never happy with their repairs. Issues would repeat until I found Trek Dublin. Both mechanics know their craft and are great at it! Secondly, I recently upgraded my bike and brought it in for a full build and groupset swap. Once again, Brody did an amazing job as he built my bike. Mike the shop manager?? Spent so much time with me explaining the ins and outs of the bike as this was my first disc brake bike. He spent an additional 20-30 minutes answering my questions and was more than patient with me. Even though the shop closed at 6pm he never made me feel rushed and I’m truly grateful for the team at Trek Dublin! Other bike shops should take a lesson from this team…that’s how you create customers for life!!! Thanks again

  Great place. Thomas was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Im so excited for my adventures with my new gravel bike!
