Course was well worth the trip! Greens are in great shape although some of the pin placements seemed diabolical. Second year playing in the Angels Flight West fundraising tournament and look forward to next year.

Course, staff, upkeep, layout, amenities, and location, are all A++.

The front 9 seemed to be prettier than the back 9. Be prepared for a lot of sand traps. The club house has a great view. We were hoping to see Monarch butterflies but they weren't out when we were there in August. The resort has a tram that takes people down to the beach so you'll see that cart driving by throughout your play. One time while we were on the cart path, my friend was getting out and almost got ran over by the shuttle who came on the path behind us. We didn't hear it and there was no warning from the driver. The back 9 had these drones that seemed to be mowing during our game. We figured since they had cameras they would go around us but they didn't. One ran into our golf cart. The other would have ran over my ball if I didn't move it. For $300/round, I would have hoped they would either run these during times when people aren't playing or have the cameras on them so they won't run into you
