About 4 weeks ago I visited and had a lovely time, but afterwards I discovered an error with my receipt and the amount I was charged. Bowlmor Lanes read my review and corrected the error. I appreciate the great service that I received while there, but I feel appreciated as a customer by the prompt response and attention to my problem. I apologize for not being as prompt in my response to your follow-up customer service. I definitely recommend Bowlmor as a place to create memories and have fun, time and time again. They are committed to offering an enjoyable experience. Thank you Bowlmor management team for making me feel appreciated 👏 💐 and for doing your best to fix the problem I encountered. PROBLEM: an unauthorized tip amount was added/charged to my total amount SOLUTION: management canceled the transaction and billed me for the correct/authorized amount.
