  Everything was okay, food was a little burnt, and I don’t know why they cram everyone so close together when there is plenty of room a few lanes down, had kids running around and the mom wouldn’t stop yelling at the kids, don’t sit people so close to each other please.

  This place is so fun to have kids birthday parties at! Decently priced and the food is really good. Staff is very friendly and you have your own server for the party.

  No place is perfect, but for the most part, this is a really nice place to bowl. It's close to where we live and I am in a league up there so I am probably biased, but the food is decent, the bartenders are nice and the lanes are generally in good repair.... which I am sure I have jinxed now.

  What a disappointing experience. I came here with my family to celebrate my dad’s birthday, and the night ended up being far more stressful than enjoyable. The environment felt very chaotic from the start. The bowling lanes we were assigned kept breaking down in the middle of our games. Each time we asked for help, it took about 15–20 minutes for someone to assist us—while our paid time kept running. We were moved to different lanes three times, which made it hard to enjoy the experience. On top of that, we asked our server for water and found two bugs in our drinks, which was honestly very concerning. Despite all of this, my family and I tried to make the best of the night and didn’t want to ruin my dad’s birthday, so we continued playing without making a big deal out of it. However, when we finished and went to the front to return our shoes and close out, I calmly shared my experience with the staff. Unfortunately, the manager’s response made things worse. She was dismissive, wouldn’t let me finish speaking, and even walked away while I was talking. Instead of listening, she threw free lane passes at us as a solution. The issue for me wasn’t just the experience itself—it was how poorly it was handled. I’m not someone who complains often; I simply wanted to be heard and understood. After spending over $150, being treated this way was really disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this place. You’re honestly better off going somewhere like Dave & Buster’s at that point.
