I used to love coming until I had a bad encounter with the manager and another worker. Sadly don’t think I will come back.

El manager no nos entendió bien por ser niños. Jamás regreso aquí, no vengan si no quieren quedar en situaciones incómodas.

I have been coming to lucky strike since I was a freshman in high school. I have always had great experiences until now. I truly had the worst experience ever not just with a worker but with the supervisor/ manager. We came in a group of 9 people, only 8 of us were able to participate in bowling which was fine. Two of our friends brought free passes with them that they received as a graduation gift. They are two people tight on money and needed to use those passes. Everything was going good until check out, the lady who attended us did not have the best customer service she was even a bit rude, and had no patience. I was the only English speaker in my group and was helping with payments and I also let her know who was paying is card, cash and about those vouchers. She said she would take card first then cash and last the vouchers, once we got to the kids paying in cash instead of properly taking each individual transaction she took cash from all of them and ended up getting us and herself very confused on who she owed money to, and who had already payed. This situation made us very anxious taking away our fun vibe we got from our game before. After we got everything sorted she proceded to take the vouchers and call a manager and then told us they could no longer accept it since the transactions before were already processed. They did not try and accommodate us at all they just told us we would have to recharge everyone or use them another time and my friend kindly let him know that they didn’t bring enough money, after that they gave us no other option but recharging everyone and we did not want to redo it since we did come in a big group. We had to end up paying it leaving us with no money since they only brought enough for some food after and the shoe rental. I ended up asking the manager if there was an thing they can do since we wanted to rent a pool table which would be $20 after 1 hour of playing, he told me he would take the vouchers for it but I made the adding in front of him and let him know it would be $26 worth for two vouchers and the table is less, and he very rudely responded and was trying to make me feel dumb and was saying that it’s basically the same and that I can do what ever I want it up to me he said but in the rudest tone which made me very uncomfortable and unhappy with the service. We ended up paying and going on with the day, though I knew that was not okay and they could’ve offered us anything, been more reasonable, or even just been nice about it. Will no longer bring my family and friends to lucky strike .
