- Aè bbun éJun 30, 20261.0I really like this Lucky Strike location and I come here often. I understand that it can get busy sometimes, and I always try to be reasonable with my requests. However, I’ve had several disappointing experiences with one employee at the counter, Jessica. When I ask for two lanes for a group of six people, she often denies my request even though we are not doing league bowling — we just want to split into two lanes with three people on each lane so everyone can enjoy the game. What frustrated me is that I noticed other customers nearby were allowed to use two lanes, even with a league-style setup, while my request was denied. It made me feel like I was not being treated the same as other customers. This has happened multiple times, not just once. Another issue is the customer service attitude. When helping me, Jessica often avoids eye contact, and when there are open lanes, I sometimes feel like I’m being given unnecessary hesitation or an unfriendly response instead of normal assistance. For the past two weeks, while Jessica was away, I had a great experience with the other employees. They were helpful and I had no issues requesting two lanes. Unfortunately, since she returned, I no longer feel as comfortable coming in. I hope management can look into this because I really enjoy this location and would like to continue coming here.

- TTTammyJun 4, 20261.0I will never come to this bowling alley ever again, my family bought the premium summer season passes last year and this year, we loved to experience multiple bowling alleys. Throughout all of the different bowling alleys we’ve went to, this is the only bowling alley that has disappointed us this much. We had gone to this alley twice, once last year and once this year; but every time, each experience, we waited for almost two hours and still couldn't get a lane. They only open a very small number of lanes, and there were at least about a dozen or so groups waiting in line ahead of you. Then the counter tells us that those lanes are reserved for the league, so for those two hours, we were watching that almost two-thirds of the lanes are absolutely empty and nobody is using them. Coming here is an absolute waste of time.
