Blueberry, my black Goldendoodle, and I can walk in needing one simple thing and somehow discover 17 items that are suddenly critical to our survival. We were also there for the grand opening, so Blueberry naturally considers herself one of the founding customers. She inspected the new store, approved the aisles, and has treated every visit since like an official follow up inspection. This store has everything. And I mean everything. Camping gear, outdoor clothing, travel essentials, hiking equipment, and one of the best shoe selections around. We went in for shoes and left mentally prepared to survive six months in the wilderness. We have no plans to visit the wilderness, but preparedness is important. What truly makes this location special is the staff. There is always someone nearby when you need help, but nobody pressures you. Everyone is friendly, patient, and genuinely knows their stuff. You can ask one small question about a jacket and receive enough useful information to lead an expedition. Blueberry considers every aisle part of her territory. I consider the shoe department my natural habitat. Neither of us has mastered the art of leaving quickly or empty handed. Great store, wonderful people, and consistently excellent service. Five stars from me and five very fluffy paws from Blueberry. 🐾

He helped me figure out my size and help me order the right backpack and then I went to cash out with the front and Jason was so helpful and cool. The hospitality in this place was incredible big fan of the people working at REI.
