  Went to Bill's to have my e-bike worked on, needed some issue fixed with the derailleur and the shifter. Friendly staff and good communication. Fair pricing, also spoke with somebody else in town who has been using Bill's bike shop for years and they had nothing but good things to say about them. Would use again.

  I went in for a tire tube change for my kid’s stroller. Sergio helped me out. They didn’t have the tube in stock but he walked me through want to order and rough directions on how to DIY. Awesome customer service overall.

  I had paid for my bike to get serviced here and while initially it seems they did an alright job, they must’ve ignored the tires because on my first ride afterward, the tires basically had no air. It wasn’t a huge issue since I was able to inflate them myself, but it’s frustrating when you pay for a full service expecting the bike to be ready to ride (or any issues it had to be brought up). It also makes me question how thorough the service actually was if something as basic as checking the tire pressure was overlooked.

  I highly recommend this business Extremely clean and good selection of bike bikes I recommend to any family or friend get all your bike repairs here they really hooked me up with my seat post cut it down to original size as my old one and install the seat on the post for me. They did a wonderful job I highly appreciate the staff is extremely intelligent and have well knowledge on fixing bikes. Thank you for their service on fixing my seat-post thank you for having the part on standby and making the modifications they needed now I could ride my bike every day . Thank for their service
