Disappointed in the discontinuation of their towel service which just took effect as of this month. Have frequented this location since it opened and towel service was one of the perks, sadly that’s now gone. Also did not receive any prior email communication about this change (only saw a sign upon arrival in the studio), so it made for a less than ideal class showing up to no towels and not knowing ahead of time to bring one.

I love the experience!! The boxing, strength and core combo is excellent. The instructors and boxing community has been rewarding.

This place is amazing. My favorite trainer has to be Shannon. She’s the perfect mix of motivation and support. Doing your workout with integrity is the motto and I love that it makes me feel strong for trying even when I can’t. If you ever wanted to try a class here start with Shannon you’ll love it.

Boxing is something I’ve always wanted to try, and I am so glad Rumble’s phenomenal coach, Shannon, made my first experience incredible! She was super engaging and kept the glass going even when there was a minor technical difficulty that occurred with the music. That didn’t stop her, or the class, from going hard! That’s how an instructor and facility should be! Well done Shannon and Rumble !

Tried it for the first time! So much fun and such a good sweat. Our instructor’s (Shannon) energy made it more fun!
