  Unhelpful, dismissive, and completely wrong—save yourself the headache ​I went into this shop looking for standard tire installation to save myself time as a full-time student, full-time worker, and father. I live right up the street and was hoping to support a local shop, but the service was an absolute disappointment. ​I brought in my wheels and a set of Shinko 244 Dual Sport tires (along with heavy-duty tubes and Tannus Armour inserts). Without even bothering to inspect the setup properly or attempt the install, the repairman immediately dismissed me, claiming, "Those are the wrong tires, they won't fit, blah blah blah." ​Rather than offering real expertise or even trying, they turned me away. That laziness forced me to waste hours driving around town to buy tire spoons and gear from Cycle Gear, hit O'Reilly Auto Parts for a valve core/nozzle tool, and spend a long, grueling day manually mounting them myself. ​Guess what? The tires fit perfectly. ​It's incredibly frustrating when a shop that claims to be professionals refuses to put in five minutes of effort and gives flat-out incorrect advice to customers. Zero effort, zero customer service, and completely wrong assessment. If you want a shop that actually takes pride in helping people or knows what they're doing, look elsewhere.

  The sales team is great. I was in just the other day to get a pair of cleats and they were so helpful. Helped me find the right ones and even put them on for me. Last time I was in for the service department I had put a steel rod through my tire. The manager of the service changed my tire while I waited. I’ve had my bike serviced several times and the price is competitive and I really trust the people doing the work. Love this store!
