  Took 15 min for the staff to return 1 item. The troubling part was the staff questioning the item and indirectly suggested the item is a knock-off. She finally refunded the item but the experience was unacceptable. I have another incidents at this store previously. Someone said once is an accident, twice is.....The bad customer service seem to be acceptable in this store. Such a shame!

  Scott is the best! This is the best place to take your bike. He is very patient and takes the time to explain everything to you. He is very passionate and super nice. Thank you Scott!!

  First time at REI with my son. We waited at the wrong end of the isle and the sales person didn’t even bother to let us know we needed to wait at the end of the line. Finally when we ended up getting to the cash register, service was slow; as if no one was waiting.

  The customer service here is terrible. I was shopping for running shorts as a gift for my boyfriend and none of the associates were helpful. I told them the height and width of the shorts and I was trying to get their opinion on whether I should get a M or L, and all they told me was to just buy both?? I decided to go for an M, and then I wanted to get the ON running shorts but in a different color, I asked if there were any in stock because we couldn’t find anything on display, and there was! The associate then was called to find them and after they came back with 5 different ON shorts but none of them in a size M. Overall, unhelpful customer service and barely any of them want to stick around to help you out, they just give you a short answer and leave.
