- XXXENOMORPHFILMSSep 23, 20265.0This is one of the most well rum REI locations I have ever been to. The managerial staff is exceptional. Gina, one of the managers, is extremely knowledgeable about store product and extremely patient and comprehensive in her explanations and recommendations! She deserves a raise as far as I'm concerned.
- HZHoward ZSep 15, 20265.0Awesome store. The bike staff is great. I ordered a bike seat they had. Got there and they took me right away and installed it perfectly. They know bikes. Eric was awesome so if you need a great repair shop or looking to buy be sure to stop there. Thanks Eric!

- HMHarmonie MartinezAug 27, 20265.0I had an amazing experience at REI thanks to John! He helped me find the perfect tent for my backpacking trip this weekend and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, and I really appreciated how much he took the time to understand what I was looking for. John truly took care of me from start to finish. Excellent customer service and a great representative of REI!
